After your child's initial assessment you will be presented the results and options for suitable programs specific to your child's unique needs.

- The child’s developmental program is conducted in a small group (1:3) instructor-student ratio. If a one-to-one instructor pupil ratio is required due to the child’s needs, it will be provided.
- The Director in conjunction with the Program Coordinator and staff arranges the specific activities for each instructional session. The tasks presented to the student are sequenced, leading to the accomplishment of the Individual Prescriptive Program goals and objectives.
- Program sessions are scheduled on a regular weekly time slot. Attendance at all sessions is essential to ensure continuity and success of the program. See Absentee Policy regarding absences.
- A post-assessment is conducted at the end of the 6-8 week program period to determine progress in all priority areas on which developmental activities were addressed.
- The outcomes of this assessment will be provided in a report and discussed with parents to determine any further needs of the child.

I understand that if programming is not paid in full by the 4th week a $25 late fee will be applied to my bill on the 5th week and every additional 30 days the bill is outstanding.
- Please charge my card on file, the full amount, the first week of the six week programming my child is enrolled.
- Please charge my card on file, a ½ amount the first week and a ½ amount the 4th week of six week programming my child is enrolled.
- I prefer to make payments in person on the first week or the 1st and 4th week of the six week programming my child is enrolled.
